How To Work With Us

At InkYield, we structure our client relationships to keep projects simple, transparent, and efficient.

 

Instead of rewriting a new contract for every project, we use a two-step agreement process that allows us to smoothly work together.

1. Our relationship begins with the Foundation Agreement (FA).  It establishes the general terms that govern how we work together. This includes important items such as:

• Payment terms

• Client responsibilities

• Approval processes

• Intellectual property rights

• Advertising standards and compliance

• Liability limitations

• General policies related to our services

 

The FA acts as the foundation of our working relationship, allowing future projects to move forward quickly without renegotiating standard terms each time. 

 

2. Advertising Service Orders and Reservation Agreement (ADSO&R) - After the FA is in place, individual services are authorized through the ADSO&R. It outlines the specific details of a project, including:

• The advertising product or service being provided

• Design and production specifications

• Distribution or delivery details

• Project timelines

• Pricing and payment schedules

 

Each ADSO&R operates under the terms of the Foundation Agreement.

 

This allows projects to be started quickly and clearly, while keeping all work governed by the same consistent agreement.

3.  Throughout the entire process, we are in contact with you to put together a message that is compelling and delivers important brand and messaging information to your prospective customer.
