InkYield provides advertising, design, printing, mailing, and related marketing services. While we strive to provide quality services and to produce and distribute advertising materials as agreed, we do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, or level of performance from any advertising campaign.

We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding leads, inquiries, calls, website visits, appointments, sales, revenue, profits, return on investment (ROI), customer acquisition, market share, business growth, or any other business outcome that may result from the use of our services.

Advertising performance is influenced by numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to market conditions, competition, pricing, customer demand, advertiser reputation, product or service quality, offer attractiveness, economic conditions, seasonality, geographic factors, and actions taken by the advertiser before, during, or after a campaign.

Our responsibility is limited to providing the services specifically described in a written agreement with the client, including, where applicable, advertising design, printing, preparation, and distribution. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, no guarantee of advertising effectiveness or business results is made or implied.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all advertising content before printing or distribution. InkYield is not responsible for errors, omissions, statements, claims, pricing, offers, promotions, or other content that has been reviewed and approved by the client. Clients remain solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and substantiation of any claims made in their advertisements.
